Here are the free Google Lab Projects that i believe you haven’t know about (maybe some of it you haven’t know..:p) :

Google News Timeline
Have you ever missed about news headline? Not anymore if you visit this google news timeline everyday. Just enter your search terms and specify which publications you’d like News Timeline to search, include your local paper maybe and it’ll retrieve the most recent headlines and you can even use the Date field to roll back time.

Google Similar Images
This fancy google lab project is used to narrow down your image search results to the perfect photo that you’re looking for. This google similar images is basically a harder working version of the Google Image search engine. Each subsequent click of a Similar Images link refines your search down until your search down until you eventually find exactly what you’re looking for.

Google Scholar
Its really useful for you in order to refine your bibliography. I understand that writing a term paper is already a grueling task, so why make it more difficult by trolling the internet for unreliable sources? Google’s got you covered with Scholar, which searches “scholarly literature” – think articles, theses, court opinions, academic journals, books, abstracts, that kind of thing. Scholar even ranks the results in an intelligent manner, factoring in where a document was published, who wrote it, and how often it’s been cited by other scholarly works. Of course, as with all academic and published works, don’t forget to cite what you use !
