Rima Fakih was selected as Miss USA 2010. Beautiful contestants Michigan Arab origin was defeated 50 other contestants.
Rima Fakih did have a blood descendant of Lebanese Muslims. Rima Fakih grew up in Dearborn, Michigan which is a special place of Arab-American community. He lived there with his parents and his younger brother, Rami.
